VELOCE Dealer Application

Introducing the Veloce Aircraft Platform Dealer Opportunity.

Veloce is building a new family of modern personal aircraft designed to serve multiple segments of the general aviation market.

Rather than focusing on a single aircraft, the Veloce strategy is to build a platform of aircraft that dealers can represent within their region.

Current aircraft in the platform include:

  • ANG
  • 400T
  • 600
  • 800
  • 4–5 Place High Wing (in development)

Dealers represent the aircraft platform locally by introducing pilots to the aircraft, hosting demonstrations, and helping guide prospective buyers through the purchasing process.

The Market Opportunity

General aviation is entering a new phase.

Many aircraft fleets operating today are aging, and pilots are increasingly interested in modern aircraft that offer:

  • advanced materials
  • improved performance
  • modern design
  • efficient operating costs
  • new avionics

Regulatory changes such as MOSAIC are expected to expand the light aircraft market and enable new aircraft designs to enter service. That is exactly what Veloce Planes is building toward.

We currently have two aircraft that can be fully built and delivered, and two additional aircraft that can also be built as EAB.

The Veloce aircraft platform has been developed specifically to serve these changing market conditions.

Meet The Veloce Planes

ANG

A modern experimental or fully built SLSA aircraft designed for pilots seeking high performance and efficiency.

Target performance:

  • ~200 KTAS @ 23,000 ft or ~220 KTAS with turboprop option
  • can be used in flight schools and some paid operational work
  • 1,250–1,800 lbs useful load (SLSA or EAB respectively)
  • 790 ft takeoff and 400 ft landing capability
  • grass field capable
  • 52 in wide cabin (3 inches wider than Cirrus)
  • 39 in tall headroom
  • large back seat for up to 3 people with EAB build
  • luggage capacity for golf clubs or skis
  • optional electric motor with solid‑state batteries

The ANG serves as the entry point into the Veloce platform.

400T

A twin‑engine aircraft designed for the light sport segment and training markets.

The goal of the 400T is to become a leading twin trainer aircraft, potentially competing with platforms such as Tecnam.

Designed on the 600 platform with 4 seats and no pressurization, allowing the aircraft to remain SLSA compliant and available fully built.

Key concepts:

  • two Rotax engines
  • 200+ KTAS cruise speeds
  • ~14 GPH fuel burn during training operations
  • retractable gear option available
  • large four‑seat cabin

Higher performance configurations can reach ~275 KTAS cruise on ~32 GPH of automotive fuel.

600

6–7 person pressurized twin designed for speed, comfort, and efficiency.

Conceptually similar to a smaller Piaggio Avanti‑style aircraft.

Concept goals include:

  • ~300 KTAS cruise @ FL250
  • true 5‑adult payload with full fuel
  • 16–32 GPH fuel burn depending on cruise speed
  • pressurized cabin
  • cabin size larger than a Piper Malibu
  • ~1,250 ft takeoff and ~1,100 ft landing
  • 61 KTAS stall with flaps
  • positive single‑engine climb performance
  • de‑ice options
  • AC, turbulence cancellation, full IFR capability, safe‑glide systems and parachute options

800

The 800 represents the high‑performance segment of the platform.

Concept goals include:

  • 333–400 KTAS cruise depending on engine configuration
  • twin turboprop configuration capable of ~400 KTAS
  • 8–9 passenger configuration
  • canard configuration for improved efficiency
  • jet‑class cabin comfort
  • optional portable lavatory for longer trips

Future Aircraft

A 4–5 place high‑wing aircraft is currently under development and will be offered in both EAB and SLSA configurations.

This aircraft will expand the platform into utility, training, and bush‑style operations.

Imagine a Cessna 182 — but bigger, faster, lighter, and with a lower stall speed.

Just as Cirrus demonstrated what composite construction could do for legacy aircraft designs, carbon fiber structures open the door to even greater improvements in performance.

Multiple Plane Strategy

Most aircraft companies sell a single aircraft model.

The Veloce approach is different.

Dealers represent an entire family of aircraft, allowing them to support pilots throughout their aviation journey.

Example customer progression:

First aircraft → ANG or High Wing
Next aircraft → 400T or 600
Later upgrade → 800

This allows dealers to build long‑term customer relationships instead of relying on a single aircraft sale.

Dealer Requirements

Dealers will typically operate a demonstration aircraft.

Dealers may choose to:

  • purchase and build a kit aircraft (which may also serve as a build demonstration if operating a build center)
  • purchase a fully built SLSA aircraft if focusing primarily on sales

Dealers may optionally expand their role to include:

  • builder‑assist operations
  • aircraft maintenance
  • repair and service

Over time, qualified dealers may become authorized Veloce repair centers.

This is an opportunity, not a requirement.

Time Commitment

During the early stage, becoming a Veloce dealer does not require a full‑time commitment.

Initial involvement may include:

  • learning the aircraft platform
  • networking with pilots
  • preparing for demonstration flights

Once a dealer’s aircraft is flying, demonstration activity typically increases as interest grows.

Dealer Economics (Illustrative)

Aircraft sales margins vary depending on aircraft model and configuration.

Example scenario (illustrative):

ANG sale example margin: ~$20,000

2 sales per year = $40,000
5 sales per year = $100,000
10 sales per year = $200,000

Larger aircraft models typically have higher margins.

Additional revenue opportunities may include:

  • builder assist programs
  • aircraft service and repair
  • aircraft upgrades
  • training support

These additional services can significantly increase the long‑term value of each customer relationship.

Early Dealer Advantage

The Veloce dealer network is currently being formed.

Early dealers may benefit from:

  • early territory positioning
  • direct involvement with early aircraft programs
  • the ability to grow alongside the aircraft platform

Current Development

Multiple aircraft have already been sold in the United States.

Several owners have indicated they are willing to allow their aircraft to be used for demonstration flights once flying.

This will form the foundation of a distributed demonstration network across the United States.

Dealer aircraft will be added to this network as they are completed and delivered.

Next Steps

  1. Schedule an introductory conversation
  2. Discuss territory opportunities
  3. Order your aircraft
  4. Begin dealer onboarding
  5. Complete the dealer qualification questionnaire
